Create Your Contributor Account

Thanks for contributing!

We're in a pre-launch phase and in an MVP, fully bootstrapped state. It's a privilege to work with incredible authors from across the world as we work to realize our mission of creating a platform for local travel content creators to tell the stories of their communities and regions.

We want to credit you (the author) for every article we publish.

We use a platform called Ghost to manage our website, publish our content, and build our subscriber base. While you can sign up on your own for a membership (free, paid, etc.), it doesn't allow you to sign up as a contributor.

It requires the admins (us) to create an invite through the staff portal:

After we submit your email, the Ghost platform generates an invite and sends you an email so you can complete your account setup and build your profile.

There is no cost associated with this process or for being a contributor. We pay you for your work and want to give you credit for it.

There are additional benefits to creating a Contributor Account. You can complete your profile with a bio, a link to your own website, and your social media accounts, thus driving traffic to your platforms.

If we don't have a contributor account for you, we'll assign the article to a "Guest Author" account, which will cause your work to remain somewhat anonymous.
